The Able Carry Daily Backpack is minimalistic, durable and well thought out.
Hong Kong-based Able Carry follows the principles of simplicity and efficiency in its products, and these credos are especially evident in the Daily Backpack, designed to meet the diverse requirements of everyday wear.
The minimalist accessory hit the market thanks to a successful Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign. The backpack uses premium materials and integrates the unique A-Frame system to keep the Daily Backpack neat and stable while moving. And this is not the end of a number of features of the backpack — we will talk about them in this article.
The Able Carry Daily Backpack has a sleek and glossy look thanks to lightweight XPAC51 fabric, which is complemented by X-Grid mesh with a hard polyester backing for waterproof and static structure, and a 500D or 1000D Cordura nylon surface layer for added durability. The materials used to create the backpack maintain a sophisticated look, strong structure and slim profile, while keeping your belongings safe and protected from the elements. (P.S. 500D and 1000D — this is the density of the fibers, that is, the higher the indicator, the better the resistance of the material to tear / external mechanical stress).
The aforementioned A-Frame system is the main feature of the backpack. It keeps things inside the Daily Backpack secure and keeps its shape even when the interior compartment is full. Exceptional comfort is provided by wide, contoured padded shoulder straps with breathable mesh and an adjustable chest strap. All these elements work together, relieving tension from the shoulders and distributing it evenly over the entire back.
The A-Frame system’s loops are strategically placed on the front of the backpack, creating a strong skeleton for the accessory and maintaining its neat aesthetic even when fully loaded. The hinges also provide additional space for external attachment of accessories.
Strong and secure YKK zippers open the spacious main compartment wide. The interior space is equipped with several different compartments that are well planned to offer flexible storage solutions for everyday essentials.
Behind the main compartment, ideal for bulky items such as vanity jackets or sportswear, you’ll find an organizer. This element is complemented by many pockets, including a compartment for a laptop up to 15 inches. Pen holders are located on both sides of the laptop compartment — they can organize a stylus and a charging cable. On the other side of the main compartment is a small slip pocket with a zipper for headphones or glasses.
At the top of the main compartment is a mysterious Velcro. But its functionality is important and proves the brand’s sensitivity to the interests of future owners of Able Carry products. This velcro allows you to remove the organizer and completely free up the interior — convenient, for example, when you are heading to a workout, and there is no need to carry a laptop with you. And yes, there is a small pocket nearby — a mini-safe — for storing important accessories.
Another secret compartment, located outside the main compartment, is located just above the shoulder straps, shallow and with a zipper. Seems to be perfect for items that should always be at hand — phone or wallet.
Anyone who needs a reliable and well-thought-out bag for everyday use will be pleasantly surprised by the Able Carry Daily Backpack. With durable construction, understated styling and tightly controlled loading, the backpack is an efficient bag that keeps up with changing needs and conditions while keeping supplies safe and wearer comfortable.
PS Daily Backpack is not the only Able Carry brand backpack in our store assortment. There are two more versions — a 13-liter Thirteen Daybag and a larger, 25-liter Daybreaker. These models do not differ in functionality from the Daily Backpack, and can become an alternative to the flagship model due to the reduced/increased volume.
